Mimi began her early life as Sonja, born to the the matriarch of her tribe in the Golmore Jungle. Growing up "royal", she took to this title naturally but never abused it. She was always kind to the rest of her tribe, perhaps too kind. Often getting into trouble for having "too many sweethearts."Unfortunately for any ambitions she may have had, her mother was quite good at "what rabbits do best" and was a prolific multiplier. She had far too many sisters, thus essentially removing her from the line of secession as tribe matriarch within her lifespan. Barring any unforeseen circumstances of course. Deciding against the option of mass fratricide, she instead said her farewells and left the tribe in search of her own adventure.On her way to the great city of Ul'Dah, she had been debating what her new name should be upon leaving the forest. It was then that she came accross a Hingan trader. A diminutive, old, bald man in a leisurely floral-print shirt and sunglasses that shielded his eyes from the desert sun. "Usagi?! Usagimimi!" He yelled, as he put his hands behind his head to mimic rabbit ears. "Mimi, Usagi? Now that's not a bad name at all" she thought to herself. The old man made grabby hands, as if he wanted a reward for coming up with it. She gladly gave him a taste of her boot.She has had many journeys since then, making a name for herself amongst new royalty, namely the nobles of the cities she hops between. Nabbing her some good gil along the way.Feeling rather accomplished and also wanting a good excuse to take a vacation, she put an ad out, seeking apprentices to train. Luckily for this gray bun, a few cute applicants showed up. These adorable but unpaid interns would receive training, lodging and a monthly supply of new outfits.Finally, upon having these girls doing the dirty work for her, Usagi would embark on her newest adventure: sampling the finest hot springs. Now she's got plenty of time to chat up her "linkpearl kittens." Whatever those are.

I am not my character. Contrary to how it may seem, I am not actually a giant gray bunny in real life. I may, however actually be a cat running across the keyboard.
